gives rise to an immediate debt due from you, the website client, to us of
the sum due for the service requested. The cost will be as indicated on our
website from time to time. There are no hidden charges.
2. Terms: Payment in full by credit card.
3. Method: You may pay by giving us your credit card details through our secure
website. If you would prefer to pay by giving your details to us by telephone,
please feel free to do so.
4. Processing your order: As soon as we receive your order we will start processing
your requirements. We aim to process all documents within 24 hours of receiving
your instructions.
5. Delivery: We aim to despatch your company package to you in the form and
manner requested no later than 24 hours from receiving the Certificate of
Incorporation from Companies House and the officer appointment forms from
you.
6. Copyright: All our company products carry our copyright and are supplied
for your use in connection with the company specified in your order only
7. Completion of transaction: If you are purchasing a company your purchase
is not completed until you have lodged the necessary forms [Cross-reference
with stages] at Companies House. If you do not complete this stage within
six months:
7.1 We will treat this failure as a cancellation of your order;
7.2 You will thereby waive all rights which you would have acquired in relation
to the company and the use of its name;
7.3 All such rights will remain with us;
7.4 Any work undertaken, liabilities incurred and other acts or omissions
by you in the name of or in relation to the company will be entirely your
responsibility.
B FOR PROFESSIONAL MEMBERS
8. Your obligation to pay us: Placing an order by sending us an order form

9. Terms: 30 days from delivery of your company package. We charge interest
at 2% over base thereafter.
10. Processing your order: As soon as we receive your order we will start
processing your requirements. We process all documents within 24 hours of
receiving your instructions.
11. Delivery: We aim to despatch your company package to you in the form and
manner requested no later than 24 hours from receiving the Certificate of
Incorporation from Companies House and the officer appointment forms from
you.
